Occupational First Aid (Level 3)
Course Overview
This course provides the occupational first aider with the more advanced knowledge and skills to carry out emergency first aid for injuries and illnesses in the workplace. It will also cover the use of oxygen, defibrillators and legislation relating to workplace first aid.
Prerequisite
A current Senior First Aid/Workplace Level 2 Statement of Attainment is a prerequisite for enrolment
into this course. Current industry standard is for this course to be updated every 3 years with the
Advanced Resuscitation component being updated every 12 months.
