Hire Price Inclusions


  • The fee structure is inclusive of existing audio/visual equipment in the room
  • All rooms will include 1 whiteboard (with markers) free of charge, if requested
  • All rooms except the multi-purpose rooms have inbuilt IT facilities including a data projector
  • Additional equipment can be hired from the MSAC Institute of Training
  • If teleconference facilities are required, please contact the MSAC Institute of Training at least 2 weeks in advance of the booking to schedule and to discuss applicable fees
